2009-2010 RENEWAL SPECIAL SUMMER DISCOUNT OFFER
THERE IS A NEW EXTENDED DEADLINE 8-MORE DAYS
Dear Tenants:
Due to overwhelming response from you we have extended, our summer discount renewal offer to November 26, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. Please note that at the same time we will commence pre-leasing of all remaining units. Therefore, if your unit is pre-leased prior to your renewal, we cannot guarantee that we could renew your contract. We will however, make all efforts to change a pre-leased unit.
If you intend to renew for the 2009-2010, you must contact the leasing office at 213-765-3330 or via email at Renewal@calstudenthousing.com to set up an appointment. Please complete the form and bring it to us at the time of your appointment, by no later than November 26, 2008.
Furthermore, you are required to sign a new contract for 2009-2010, at the time of appointment, in order to become eligible for our bonus (10% to 40% summer discount**). This bonus is valid, only, if you sign the contract and provide all needed documents, prior to November 26, 2008.
All forms and contract MUST be signed and turned over, prior to the deadline, in order to qualify.
If we do not hear from you by the deadline date, or you have not signed a new contract with all necessary documents, we will assume that you DO NOT plan on renewing your lease and we will commence pre-leasing units immediately. Please let us know of your plans, prior to 11/26/2008.

- **The summer discount can only be applied to the new renewal lease agreement of 2009-2010.
- **The Summer discount of up to 40% is applied to any new renewal valued at or over $2,500.00 a month.
- **The Summer discount of up to 30% is applied to any new renewal valued at or over $1,700.00 a month.
- **The summer discount of up to 20% is applied to any new renewal valued at or over $995.00 a month.
- **The summer discount of up to 10% is applied to any new renewal valued at or over $750.00 a month.
- **This offer is only applied to individuals who are under Lease agreement not applicable to month to month (see your leasing agent for more detail).
- **This offer does not apply to individuals who are renting room only.
- **A 3% to 5% rental increase maybe applied to selected units contracted value. Please consult your leasing agent, as to the exact amount.

This offer maybe voided and the full discounted amount can be demanded back if:
- **Rent is not paid on or before the 3rd of each month or have insufficient funds during the course of the 2009-2010.
- **If you decide to transfer your unit to another individual for any reasons
